BBC Launching New Drama All About The Grindr Killer

This three-part factual drama will look beneath the headlines, and tell the story of the Grindr Killer – Stephen Port – looking at it from the point of view from the victims families.

It will go into the fight these families had just to uncover the truth about what really happened to their family members.

Stephen Port was given life for the murders of Gabriel Kovari, Daniel Whitworth, Jack Taylor and Anthony Walgate back in November 2016. I was recorded that all the men has died from a lethal dose of GHB, a well known drug.

It came to light that Stephen has up to 18 various accounts that was spread thoughout 12 different apps and websites, some of those were places such as Badoo, Daddyhunt, Grindr and Gayday plus many more, all to seek men out online.

It is said to be a story not only about the consequences that follow the loss but the remarkable courage of the families that sought justice for their lost loved ones.

The Executive Producer, Jeff Pope, stated “I think this is an opportunity to say something about how we dont always have to accept what we are told by those in authority, and how determination, sheer bloody-mindedness and – above all else – love, will always triumph”
